You might see it as a "tiny little white dot at the back of an elephant's ass", but to the elephant, it might spell a mega pesky itch of fungal infection at a place where neither its trunk nor limbs nor tail can reach for a good scratch. *LOL*
In short, never underestimate the difference you make in someone else's life - for better or worst.
